I think I'm going to pay a lot more attention to your restaurant commentaries from now on. I developed a set of truly infuriating food allergies accompanied by IBS a few years ago, so enjoying food like this is pretty much something I no longer have the privilege of doing. Not to mention the fact that I have anxiety problems with eating in restaurants after a year of unpredictably choking on things I didn't know I was allergic to. So it's wonderful to be able to share in the experience of a really good meal this way :)
