Speaking from about ten days ahead of you in epidemic time... making that decision is not likely to get easier. I would vote for returning to London, since you don't have to actually *go out and catch* the public transport. I am happy to be in my own flat at last, but if I get sick I'm not gonna enjoy being both Alone and _completely isolated_.
