I'm feeling an awful lot better today. I've made some decent headway through to-do lists, so the pressure of too much life in my life feels at least a little lighter.

It was Encounter this evening, and we were talking about attachment and freedom, which are concepts I find very fruitful in my own spiritual seeking, and the conversation was rich and nourishing. In the second half of the evening we split off into smaller groups and practice giving spiritual direction to one another. We're currently using a technique described as Noticing, Sensing, Feeling, Wondering, and every time I see it abbreviated I get a moment of slight discombobulation...
