Apparently, if you admit to fantasising about group sex, your "credibility is shot to pieces", if you get gang raped.

That's really bad.

If someone fantasising about group sex means no one can be found guilty of gang-raping them, then presumably by the same logic, if someone has fantasised about ordinary sex with a single partner then no one can be found guilty of one-on-one raping them. But I doubt the judge would agree with that.

Fortunately, I don't play GTA or other video games that would express, via cut scenes et. al., my enthusiasm for getting mugged, so if I'm mugged it's not going to look like a consensual transaction.
