I'm not sure if I mentioned, but due to a miscomunication about how many people were expecting to get into one taxi, I ended up leaving my (folding) bike at St Beuno's, and after a slightly excessive amount of faff I finally managed to get it couriered back to me.

I just took it out for a quick spin and am pleased to note that I haven't forgotten how to make it go in a straight line, and turning corners came back to me fairly quickly. It took me a little longer to remember how to get the pump to grip the tire valve, but I have now managed that as well. It has brought home quite how unfit I am at the moment, but at least it means that I'll be getting a bit more exercise just getting about, and maybe even help me get the activation energy together to start running again.
